At Scrubsy, we want you to feel as good as you look in our premium medical apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached, then place them securely in the original packaging.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
